For the professional woman who's steady everywhere except at home

Most wellbeing programs start with what you're doing wrong, another habit to fix, another routine to add. We start somewhere else. Not just what's not working, but what's already strong in you. That's where the real work begins, and it goes deeper than most programs are willing to go: into what you actually believe, value, and need, so the change comes from the inside, not from a checklist.

We work with professional women moving through midlife change, at work, at home, and within themselves, away from rumination, self-doubt, and perfectionism, and toward feeling confident, connected, calm. We don't know about you, but we see the same pattern again and again: years spent managing your reactions everywhere else, a difficult boss, a demanding week, a room that needs a steady hand, and then walking through your own front door and snapping at the people you love most. Not a character flaw. The gap this work closes.

That's The RELEASE Framework, the thinking behind everything we do. Resilience, Emotional Regulation, Love, Engagement, Awareness, Strengths, Energy. Seven shifts. One direction: away from self-doubt, toward self-trust.

The work takes different shapes depending on where you are: one-on-one coaching, group cohorts, live conversations, organisational partnerships. Real change, not a quick fix, for women who are strong, curious, and ready to do the deeper work. Twenty years in coaching and organisational change sit behind it. So does The RELEASE Framework. So, where do we start?

The work
that changes things

Every offering is built around one commitment: not the performance of growth, but the real, unhurried work of becoming who you already are.

Clients helped

“I came to Nicole feeling at a complete loss for how to make my way through everything going on in my life. She helped me see my problems in so many different ways, and helped me understand myself differently too. The process felt deeply personal, connected to what I was actually experiencing, and it helped me reconnect with the beauty in my life again.

I thought I was just coming to work through perimenopause, but I walked away with a whole new appreciation of myself. Nicole helped me feel my strength and reconnect with my power. Menopause is still looming, but I feel calmer and more able to face the daily grind.”

Sophie, 46

“I didn’t realise what was going on in my life when I first started talking with Nicole. I just knew I felt lost and disconnected, and I wanted to know what the hell was going on and how to get back to how I used to be.

Nicole helped me realise it wasn’t about getting back to who I used to be, someone who was used to calling the shots at work and at home. It was about learning how to step into a new, more powerful version of myself. I’m so glad I took the time to invest in myself. My life at work is so much better, and I don’t dread going home anymore!”

Maddie, 42

“I had no idea how much my own thinking was working against me. I’d gotten myself into a real hole, and Nicole helped me climb back out of it, while also teaching me to notice the good along the way. I went from being angry and anxious most of the time to someone who could actually pause and think before reacting.

Understanding how I was self-sabotaging, often without realizing it, changed everything. I can see now the impact it was having on my relationship with my kids, with my husband, and at work. I’m calmer now, and so much more in control.”

Leah, 40

“Something unlocked in me. I started feeling differently about myself and about what I was capable of.”

Change doesn't start with fixing what's broken. It starts with noticing what's already strong and building from there.

For a long time, I didn't trust myself, and I don't think I'm the only one. Here's the pattern I see most in the women I work with: years managing their reactions everywhere else, a difficult boss, a demanding week, a room that needs a steady hand, then walking through their own front door and becoming the version of themselves they like least. Not a character flaw. A gap: between who you know yourself to be and how you actually show up. That's exactly what I built my practice to close.

I don't hand clients a protocol for what's broken. Most of the women I work with already know their own patterns, they don't need to be told what's wrong. What's missing is somewhere to put that awareness that isn't more solo effort. I built The RELEASE Framework by testing every piece on my own reactive moments first, before I ever taught it to a client.

I built formal training into this too: a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology, ICF accreditation, certification as a SPARK Resilience Trainer, because I didn't want to ask anyone to trust me with their life just because I'd survived my own. Twenty years in coaching, education, and organisational change sit underneath all of it.

That's the value: not insight, a trained eye on your blind spots, a framework tested in the exact moments that matter, and someone in your corner who's done this work on herself first, not just studied it.

If you're the one everyone else relies on to be fine, that's who I built this for. This is why Core Wellbeing exists. Not to hand you a fix, but to help you build that same proof for yourself, through The RELEASE Framework, through coaching, through conversations that don't ask you to perform. If you're ready to start, I'd love to work with you.
