The Core Collective — Waitlist
Get in the room before it fills
The Core Collective opens for enrolment in December. Join the waitlist now, and the first conversation is on us.
The Core Collective is twelve weeks of live group coaching for professional women who are steady everywhere except at home, the kind of steady that looks like having it together and feels like carrying it alone. Once a week, a small group works through one shift of The RELEASE Framework together, out loud, the way a thought changes shape the moment you finally say it to someone instead of running it through your head for the hundredth time.
Twelve women, twelve sessions, one room that stays small enough to be honest, connected and accountable.
If you're the kind of woman who thinks it over first
Good, that's exactly what this is for. Joining the waitlist doesn't ask you to decide anything today. It just means you're thinking it over as a founding member instead of from the outside: first in line when the room opens, instead of finding out after it's already full.
That room holds twelve women, not twelve hundred, because the whole point is a group small enough to stay honest in. We'd rather it fill slowly, with women who've actually sat with the decision, than fast, with women deciding in the last 48 hours. One of Nicole's one-to-one clients described this exact shift as learning to stop trying to get back to who she used to be, and start stepping into someone new. That's what this room is built for. This time, not alone.
The founding-member session, plainly
Everyone who joins this waitlist before enrolment opens becomes a founding member, and founding members get one thing nobody else will: a private one-to-one session with Nicole, before the cohort even starts. Not a sales call, an actual coaching session, the kind Nicole runs with her one-to-one clients, used however is most useful to you: to look at what's actually going on, to decide if the Collective is the right room for it, or just to get a head start on Week 1.
You already know how to make time for things that matter to everyone else. This is one hour that's entirely yours, before you've even committed to anything else.
Logistics
Twelve spots, one cohort, and the waitlist converts to open enrolment on 4 December 2026. The room is small on purpose, not for effect.
