A Core Corporate programme
Core Momentum
Building resilience into how your team performs, not just how they feel about a workshop
Core Momentum is twelve weeks of live group coaching for a team, or a cross-functional group of leaders, working through sustainable performance together. Once a week, the cohort works through one shift of The RELEASE Framework, applied directly to real work: real pressure, real deadlines, real team dynamics.
Unlike a single offsite or a one-off wellness day, this happens over time, long enough to actually change how people respond to pressure, not just how they talk about it for a week afterwards.
By the end of twelve weeks, your team leaves with a shared language for resilience, a measurable shift in how they handle pressure and change, and working relationships that carry that capability forward, not something that fades once the programme ends.

How it works
- 12 weekly live sessions, 90 minutes each, small cohort, capped to keep the conversation real.
- Full video of every session, so a missed live session doesn't mean missing the material.
- A private team channel that runs alongside the sessions, for ongoing application between weeks.
- Each week centres one part of The RELEASE Framework, moved from concept into practice with real workplace scenarios.
Who it's for
- Organisations ready to build resilience and adaptability into daily performance, not just talk about it once a year.
- Leadership teams or high-pressure functions navigating sustained change, growth, or restructure.
- Groups who've tried the single workshop and want something that actually holds under pressure.
What your team will walk away with
- Name and interrupt the reactive patterns that show up under pressure, deadline panic, conflict avoidance, burnout spirals, rather than being run by them unconsciously.
- Apply each RELEASE pillar as a working tool inside real projects and real team dynamics, not just a concept from a slide deck.
- Produce a Team Resilience Plan a shared, written map of how the team sustains performance through pressure, beyond the programme.
- Build peer accountability structures working relationships and check-in rhythms that outlast the 12 weeks.
- Measure the shift using a Week 1 baseline (via the Workplace Audit) and a Week 12 comparison, so leadership sees documented change, not just anecdotal feedback.

What you'll have to show for it
Corporate buyers need business-relevant proof, not just participant testimonials.
- A Workplace Audit baseline in Week 1, and a second audit in Week 12, so the shift is measured, not just felt.
- Individual deliverables from every participant: a performance intention across role, team, and self; a decision-making practice for high-pressure moments; three regulation techniques tested under real deadlines; one boundary or communication shift being practised; a clear map of what drains versus drives engagement; strengths identified and applied; an energy management plan; and a 90-day plan for sustaining it after the programme ends.
- One Team Resilience Plan that pulls it together, something leadership can reference in performance conversations, not just a folder that gets closed and forgotten.
- A cohort of colleagues who've built a shared language for pressure, change, and recovery, and will keep using it long after week twelve.
How this delivers clear ROI
- Documented before and after Workplace Audit scores in Week 1 versus Week 12, giving leadership a measurable shift, not just anecdotal feedback.
- A retention angle resilience and psychological safety programmes are linked to reduced burnout-driven attrition, worth quantifying against your own turnover cost if that data's available.
- Individual and team deliverables each participant produces eight personal tools plus one shared Team Resilience Plan, giving leadership something concrete to reference in performance and development conversations.
- Compounding value the private team channel and accountability pairs mean the shift continues past week 12, extending the return beyond the delivery period.
Logistics
Every Core Momentum cohort starts with a scoping conversation, so pricing and timing are built around your organisation, not a generic package.
