Week-by-Week
The Full 12-Week Programme
Every session, at a glance: what it builds toward, and what your team walks away with
Each 90-minute live session pairs a short teaching segment with real breakout practice, applied to real workplace scenarios, so every week ends with something built, not just something heard.
Cohort Alignment
We start by building real psychological safety in the group, and getting an honest read on where the team's actually starting from, not the version people give in a performance review: why psychological safety is a performance driver, not a soft add-on, and how unspoken pressure quietly compounds burnout risk across a team. In a paired share, the group trades one recent win and one recent pressure point, its first experience of the peer coaching that runs through the whole programme. The cohort leaves with a Performance and Wellbeing Baseline, completed via the Workplace Audit, which becomes the comparison point for Week 12.
Defining Success
This week moves the group from a vague sense that "we should be more resilient" to a defined, shared standard of sustainable performance: intention-setting versus target-setting, building from what's already working in the team rather than just fixing what's broken. A look across role, team, and self leads into naming one clear intention per domain. Each participant leaves with a Personal Performance Intention, one statement per domain.
Resilient Leadership
We reframe resilience away from pushing through and toward sustainable self-leadership under pressure, using the GRIT model: Ground, Recognise, Initiate, Trust, applied to real deadline and conflict scenarios. In a peer-coached walkthrough, participants apply it to a real recent high-pressure moment. Everyone leaves with a completed GRIT worksheet, adapted for workplace scenarios, a tool they keep and reuse.
Emotional Intelligence Under Pressure
You'll build the capacity to notice and regulate reaction in high-stakes moments, rather than reacting on autopilot: nervous system basics for the workplace, and how an unregulated stress response shows up in decision-making, tone, and team dynamics. Everyone practises a regulation technique live, with peer observation and feedback, and leaves with three techniques tested under real work pressure.
Trust & Psychological Safety
This week looks at how unspoken pressure and unclear boundaries erode trust, and rebuilds the practice of direct, respectful communication: trust as a performance multiplier, and boundaries reframed as a leadership skill, not a conflict risk. Participants get peer coaching on one real working relationship where a boundary or clearer communication is needed, and leave having committed to one boundary or communication practice for the coming week.
Engagement & Motivation
You'll reconnect to what genuinely drives performance and motivation, not just what's assigned: flow and strengths-based engagement, applying what's already working to the actual shape of a normal work week. The group maps the current week's workload as drain versus engagement and shares the pattern. Everyone leaves with a clear picture of where their energy actually goes at work, plus one micro-shift to test in the week ahead.
Self-Awareness & Blind Spots
This week deepens awareness of recurring thought patterns and reactive habits, especially the ones that quietly undermine leadership presence: inner critic versus inner mentor, and how unseen patterns shape decisions in meetings, feedback, and conflict. Participants share one recurring pattern and hear what the group notices from the outside, then leave with a pattern-awareness prompt to continue independently.
Strengths-Based Performance
You'll identify personal strengths clearly enough to deliberately apply them at work, not just acknowledge them in a review: strengths-based psychology, and the specific blind spots common in high performers who've spent years focused on output over self-awareness. In strength-spotting, each participant names a strength they see in a colleague. Everyone leaves with their strengths named plainly, plus one place to deliberately apply a top strength that week.
Sustainable Energy Management
This week builds energy management as a performance strategy, not just a time management exercise: energy as finite and renewable, and the specific energy costs of sustained pressure, change, and always-on culture. Looking back across a real work week, participants name one energy leak and one source worth protecting, and leave with a plan for guarding it.
Synthesis
We bring all seven RELEASE pillars together into one coherent Team Resilience Plan, and the group sees directly how far the Week 1 baseline has shifted: this is integration week, reviewing the Performance and Wellbeing Baseline against everything built since. The cohort shares its emerging synthesis and gets reflection on what's changed, then leaves with a draft of the Team Resilience Plan, the one document that holds all of it together.
Sustaining Change
This week builds the practical skills to keep the shift going after the programme ends, not just understanding the pillars, but embedding them: behaviour change science applied to team culture, and treating setbacks as part of growth, not evidence the programme didn't work. The group forms accountability pairs or pods for ongoing support, and leaves with a 90-Day Sustain Plan and an assigned accountability partner.
Forward Plan
We close by consolidating the team's sustainable performance vision, marking the growth achieved, and setting a concrete next chapter: integration and identity, closing on how the team leads and performs differently now, not just what they learned. Each participant shares their forward plan aloud, and the group closes with reflection and acknowledgment. The cohort leaves with a finalised Team Resilience Plan, plus a second Workplace Audit, giving leadership a documented Week 1 versus Week 12 comparison.
Seen enough? Every cohort starts with a scoping conversation, so pricing and timing are built around your team.
